HERE ARE SOME THINGS TO NOTE IN PREP FOR YOUR SESSION:
1. LOCATION: 204 - 10761 Victoria Square Blvd. in Markham.
2. PARKING: There is free parking at the back of the building, & you can enter the building through the back or front doors between 9 – 4 on Monday to Friday. (If your appointment is outside of these times we will set that up with you so you can get into the building.) There is also free street parking in front of the building.
3. ACCESSIBILITY: The building has an elevator. If you are entering through the back door please note that there are two sets of doors to come through.
4. OFFICE: We are on the 2nd floor – Suite 204.
5. ARRIVAL: If the door is locked please call or text 416-910 -0309 and we will let you in.
6. COMING IN: Please wash your hands before coming in and/or sanitize your hands at my desk once you arrive.
7. WHAT TO BRING: A) a water bottle, we do have water bottles in the office but to reduce plastic waste please bring your reusable bottle. B) Indoor shoes for your child / we often work in socks too. C) Anything else we may have discussed together. D). It’s helpful for clients to wear comfortable clothing they can move around in.
8. WASHROOMS: The building has 2 washrooms on each floor for your use.
10. Cancellation Policy: 48-hours notice is required for all cancellations. If notice is not received, the cancellation fee will be applied to your account for any missed appointments and cancellations within 48 hours.
